These folks are great - Sergio in particular - we had an issue with a water leak from an above apartment and they were able to come over the next day and help assess the damage, pointed out things I had no idea about. The following day they had all the necessary drying equipment set-up and we were well on our way to getting our house back in order. They also worked with the insurance company while explaining everything they were doing and why. This made us feel really comfortable that everything was under control. If you want fast, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable folks when you have an emergency this is the company to call.

We had extensive water damage from a washing machine on a 2nd floor when a hose broke apart in the middle of the night.Sergio and his team arrived immediately and began the clean-up. Our basement had not been seriously cleaned in 30 years, and recently had some minor sewage and rain backup. We contacted SERVPRO/Cambridge to do cleanup and power washing of walls. They came over the next morning, discussed what could be done, and provided a quote within 2 hours.
