Flooded basement caused by a hot water heater.

The Millers noticed that they had no hot water. They went down the basement to see what the problem was. They discovered the basement was covered in water. They called their plumber to fix the hot water tank but now they needed help with the cleanup of the water. The plumber told them to call SERVPRO of Cambridge/Belmont. The SERVPRO crews came out to assess the damages and then they got to work. The crews extracted the water, removed walls and insulation and installed the drying equipment. The SERVPRO crew chief took moisture reading and after he determined the room was dry, the equipment was removed.
