Muddy basement

The rain kept pouring as the mud & rainwater from Pam’s backyard started to pour into her basement. When the rain had finally stopped, Pam had 12” of muddy rainwater covering her basement floor, the contents that were stored in the basement and wicked up her walls. Pam’s insurance agent suggested she call SERVPRO of Cambridge/Belmont to assist her. The crews arrived with pumps and truck mounts and they began to pump and extract the water from the basement. The crews disposed the unsalvageable contents and cut the affected walls. The SERVPRO technician’s power washed the floors, set up drying equipment and Pam had her basement back.
