SERVPRO's carpet cleaning techniques

This was a customer that had a toilet over flow on the first floor of her home. She was in love with all of her carpets, but they were sadly all covered in water. Not only were he carpets wet they smelled as well. The crew after cleaning the house and fixing the floors brought them in to be cleaned and we used our specialty equipment to suck the water out and make them smell as good as new!  The chemicals we use on the rugs to clean them are safe for both pets and children.
