The homeowner noticed the small water stain kept on getting larger so he called SERVPRO of Cambridge/Belmont to assist him. SERVPRO removed a small section of the affected ceiling and discovered mold growth. The SERVPRO technicians covered up the open area and sealed so the mold spores could not spread throughout the house. An IEP was called in to test the house for mold and to write a protocol for SERVPRO of Cambridge/Belmont to follow.  The SERVPRO crew performed the mold remediation and passed the IEP’s post clearance test.
